The author wanted a book cover that was in the style of best sellers in health and fitness. I researched book covers of best selling health and fitness books on Amazon and designed the cover with these characteristics in mind. The author had an accompanying 3 CD Set. The CD covers were designed to match the book cover.

Dr. Elin Ritchie MD shares the personal weight loss secrets she developed for herself. Dr. Richie explains how changing your self-image is a crucial factor in permanent weight loss. The book includes specific exercises to stabilize your new self-image at your optimum weight. Although the book stands alone, the 3 CD Set of audio recordings is a very helpful resource.
